Harch S. Gill, Ph.D.
|
|
|
|
|
Harch Gill has been leading environmental technology companies for more than 30 years. He is currently President and CEO of Lehigh Nanotech, LLC as
well as General Manager and Senior Consultant (formerly President and CEO) at PARS Environmental, Inc. Previously, Harch was President and CEO of ENVIROGEN, Inc.
[NASDAQ: ENVG], an environmental biotech company and served as Senior Partner and Regional Manager of Dames & Moore, an
international civil and environmental engineering consulting firm. He sits on the Boards of numerous businesses and
cultural organizations. Harch received his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Cornell University.

James L. Manganaro, Ph.D. |

|
James Manganaro is a chemical engineering consultant with
extensive experience in process research and development and expertise in biofuels, computer simulation, environmental
abatement, crystallization, aerogel, microreactor development, and heat and mass transfer. He retired
from FMC Corporation as Senior Principal Research Engineer, and was Assistant Professor of Chemical Engineering at
Manhattan College. James began his career as a Research Engineer with General Electric Co. He
received his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and holds an S.M. and an S.B. in
Chemical Engineering from MIT. James has numerous publications and 21 U.S. patents to his name.

Henry A. Pfeffer |

Henry Pfeffer began his career as a process engineer with
DuPont before joining FMC in 1976, where he developed his expertise in chemical process development and gained an
extensive background in product and commercial development. Henry retired from FMC in 2009 as Senior Fellow and Director
of Technology. He holds over a dozen chemical patents and received numerous technical and commercial awards.
Henry received his M.S. from Princeton University and B.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Chemical Engineering.

Charles Elmendorf is an expert in the design and
implementation of cost-effective remediation strategies that
have saved hundreds of thousands of dollars for clients. His 30 years of experience in environmental management
include nine years with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, 12 years of consulting, and seven
years of developing and implementing innovative remediation technologies as a contractor. Charles co-authored and
edited the NJDEP Field Sampling Procedures Manual, which is still in use today and serves as a model for many other
agencies. He received his B.S. in Biology from Stockton State College.

Dayi Deng, Ph.D. |

|
Dayi Deng is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Environmental Science, School of Chemistry and Environment, South China Normal University. His main focus is in the area of in-situ remediation of organic and heavy metal contaminated land, groundwater, and sediment. He has developed cost-effective, environmentally-friendly technology and products to remediate persistent organic contaminants and formulated environmentally-friendly chemical and biochemical products for in-situ sediment remediation. Previously, he worked as an environmental research chemist at FMC Corporation. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. at Princeton University, and his B.S. from the School of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering, Peking University, Beijing, China.
