Dr. Dalbir S. Sethi
President & Chief Scientist |
The work of AERG is led by Dr. Dalbir Sethi, who provided lab testing services for the successful environmental remediation of
numerous severely contaminated sites. With more than 35 years of research and practical experience developing and
applying oxidants that transform COCs into naturally occurring compounds, he is one of the most knowledgeable chemists in the field of environmental remediation today.
Dr. Sethi's advanced chemistry patents and award-winning
innovations are the cornerstone of AERG's cutting-edge
technology. He has conducted breakthrough research into the application of peroxygen chemicals and associated manufacturing processes
and is responsible for the development of new treatment
solutions, dosing requirements, and monitoring processes.
Dr. Sethi's scientific advancements consistently result in
huge savings for corporations involved in remediation work.
Dr. Sethi received his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur in India and
completed post-doctoral studies at Iowa State University and the University of Toronto. He holds an M.S. in Organic
Chemistry with a minor in Inorganic and Analytical Chemistry from Kurukshetra University, and a B.S. from Punjab
University. Dr. Sethi has both written and been cited in numerous publications in scientific research journals.

Dr. Nilay Sethi
Director of Research & Development |
Dr. Nilay Sethi's ground-breaking research on cancer
remediation and treatment closely parallels AERG's mission. Contaminants in the environment, like cancer cells in the
body, must be carefully targeted with the precise dosage of "chemotherapy" to destroy the harmful element while allowing
the surrounding environment to return to its natural, healthy state. Dr. Sethi earned a Ph.D. in Molecular
Biology from Princeton University and is currently a third year medical student at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey. He has
conducted extensive academic research, including work on the metastasis of breast cancer, and received many awards for his work.
